Narayankul Dream Model School and College was established in 2013 in collaboration with Basic Development Partners (BDP), School Aid Japan (SAJ) and Ikubunkan Institute of Education, Tokyo, Japan with the aim of promoting welfare of the underprivileged and poor students in the district of Gazipur. It is a five storied building with large playground that has an area of 2.14 Acre. This college has been established with all kinds of modern facilities that will give a better grooming ground for every student. This college is operated according to the rules and regulations of Ikubunkan Institute of Education, Tokyo Japan to make good human being based on the three pillars: humanity, scholarship and globalization.

A cultural festival is organized in JIDS campus on a fixed day. In the cultural festival, students show their activities to the public, guardians, friends, and students of other schools. Students themselves arrange the festival and manage the festival too. Students arrange food shops, handicrafts, and games and perform drama, jokes, dances, music, and many other activities.

High School starts from class 6 to class 10. Students who have completed elementary education and good at English will be eligible for admission to elementary education. Junior High School has a wide range of curriculla. So, students need intensive studies to be successful in the Junior School Certificate Examination and secendary school certificate. After completing PEC, students will start High School Education.
College starts from class 11 to class 12. Students who have completed Secondary School Certificate and good at English will be eligible for admission to College. College has a wide range of curriculla. So, students need intensive studies to be successful in the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination. After completing S.S.C, students will start Higher Secondary School Education.
আমি মনে করি শিক্ষার্থীদের স্বপ্ন পূরণের লক্ষ্যে নারায়ণকুল ড্রিম মডেল স্কুল এন্ড কলেজ যেভাবে কাজ করে চলেছে তা সুদূর প্রসারী । শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রতি আমি যেটি বলা-প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীকে অনেক বিচক্ষণ হতে হবে এবং মস্তিষ্কের বেশি বেশি ব্যবহার করতে হবে। সব সময় কঠিন কে সহজ করে চিন্তা করতে হবে এবং সেটি সমাধান করতে হবে। সবসময় মনে রাখবে চিন্তা ছাড়া তুমি কখনো জ্ঞানী হয়ে উঠবে না যে যত চিন্তা করবে সে ততো জ্ঞানী হয়ে উঠবে। তোমার মঙ্গল কামনায়।
আমি খুব আনন্দও অনুভূত করছিলাম, যখন আমি মনে করছিলাম আমি আজ একটি স্বপ্নের প্রতিষ্ঠান যাচ্ছি। আমাদের দেশে কখন যে এত সুন্দর একটি স্বপ্নের প্রতিষ্ঠান গড়ে উঠেছে আমি বুঝতে পারিনি। আমি এতটুকুও সময় অতিবাহিত করে বুঝতে পেরেছি এই স্বপ্নের প্রতিষ্ঠান কিছু জাপানি বন্ধুদের সহায়তা তোমরা অনেক উন্নতি করেছ। তবে শিক্ষার্থীরা তোমাদেরকে আমি বলতে চাই- তোমাদেরকে স্বপ্ন দেখতে হবে। মনে রাখতে হবে সপ্নের প্রকার আছে। রাতে ঘুমিয়ে ঘুমিয়ে স্বপ্ন দেখা হয় সে স্বপ্ন আসলে স্বপ্ন নয় যে স্বপ্ন তোমাকে ঘুমাতে দেয় না সেটাই আসল স্বপ্ন। তোমাকে স্বপ্ন দেখতে হবে এবং তা বাস্তবায়ন করার জন্য সংগ্রাম করতে হবে। আমার স্বপ্ন ছিল একজন সাংবাদিক হব। আমি স্বপ্ন দেখেছি সংগ্রাম করেছি এবং সফল হয়েছি। সবসময় মনে রাখবে অসম্ভব বলে কিছু নাই তোমাদের দ্বারা সবই সম্ভব যদি তিনি প্রাণপণ চেষ্টা করো। তোমাদের সকলের মঙ্গল কামনায়।
নারায়ণকুল ড্রিম স্কুল এন্ড কলেজের সকলকে বলতে চাই, জীবন আসলে সহজ না, কিন্তু জীবনকে সহজ করে নিতে হবে। আর তার জন্য প্রয়োজন একনিষ্ঠ পরিশ্রম। যে যত পরিশ্রমই তার জীবন তত সহজ এবং উন্নত। সমস্যা আসলে কাজের মাধ্যমে আসে আর সমাধান হবে যখন তুমি চিন্তা করতে শুরু করবে। আমার জীবনে অনেক সমস্যা ছিল এবং আমি তার চিন্তা করে সমাধান করেছি। আমার ছোটবেলা ছিলো দারিদ্রতার ভরপুর, কিন্তু আমার চিন্তা আর প্রচেষ্টা আমাকে থামিয়ে রাখতে পারেনি। তোমার পকেটের টাকাগুলো আছে সে টাকার কোনো একটিতে হয়তো আমার হাতে স্বাক্ষর খুঁজে পাবে। কারণ আমার প্রচেষ্টায় আমি বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের গভর্নর হয়েছিলাম। তোমাদের সকলের প্রতি আমার শুভকামনা রইল।
স্বপ্ন সময় ন্যায় চলমান। তোমাদের একটি কথা মনে রাখতে হবে স্বপ্ন দেখা যতটা সহজ স্বপ্ন বাস্তবায়ন কিন্তু ততটা সহজ নয়। স্বপ্নকে বাস্তবায়ন করতে হলে তোমাদেরকে অনেক পরিশ্রম করতে হবে। যুগের সাথে স্বপ্নের মান বাড়াতে হবে। আমি একসময় স্বপ্ন দেখতাম একটি বাইসাইকেল কেনার, স্বপ্ন দেখার কারন আমি প্রতিদিন পাঁচ কিলোমিটার মেঠো পথ হেঁটে কলেজে যেতাম। কিন্তু এখন তোমাদের স্বপ্ন আর বাইসাইকেল এর মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকলে চলবে না তোমাদের স্বপ্ন দেখতে হবে সুদুরপ্রসারি অর্থাৎ সাইকেলের স্থানে এরোপ্লেন কিনতে হবে। যুগের পরিবর্তন ঘটছে সাথে সাথে প্রত্যেক মানুষের ইচ্ছাশক্তির পরিবর্তন আনতে হবে। তাই আমি আশা করি নারায়ণকুল ড্রিম স্কুল এন্ড কলেজ যে হবে প্রযুক্তির সাথে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছে তাতে খুব তাড়াতাড়ি এই প্রতিষ্ঠান মডেল চিন্তাভাবনা এ দেশে ছড়িয়ে যাবে।
